If I could give them 10 stars I would! Dr. Shelby is very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves her job. The office staff are very welcoming. The office itself is gorgeous! I wish she could be my regular vet!
I have never been treated with greater warmth, professionalism, and intelligence than I was by Dr. Shelby at Lambertville's Vet Vision Center. She had to break the news that our dog's blindness was genetic (actually 3 different genetic conditions endemic to his breed), and that there was nothing we could do about it. And she explained this in a way that I was able to hear it, and understood what could be done to maintain my dog's quality of life. To be able to deliver sad news and leave the listener feeling hopeful is a rare quality that Dr. Shelby possesses, and I recommend her to anyone whose pet is experiencing any sort of vision issue.
Dr. Shelby and her staff are kind and professional. The hospital is modern, welcoming, and beautiful. The care my dog Rosie received there was thorough, gentle, and competent. I recommend Vet Vision Center and Dr. Shelby and her staff to any pet parent for the absolute best care of their beloved pet.
