The Vet Vision Center is excited to announce our first VVC Academy.  The conference will be held at Rosebank Winery in Newtown, Pennsylvania on October 13, 2024.  By registering for and/or attending VVC Academy, you are acknowledging that you agree to the following terms, which constitutes an agreement between you and the Vet Vision Center.  This policy applies to all attendees, their agents, employees, and representatives that may attend this VVC Academy.

 

Onsite Policies and Guidelines:
 

  • Any form of discrimination, retaliation, or harassment will not be tolerated.

  • Content from all learning sessions is protected by United States copyright laws and is the exclusive property of the Vet Vision Center.  You may not, under any circumstances, share, distribute, publish, repurpose, or sell any such content, or attempt to do so, in any way without written consent from the Vet Vision Center.

  • Please refrain from marketing unless you’re officially an exhibitor or sponsor. Any person who attends a VVC Academy event that sells, markets, or represents a company or organization for the purpose of obtaining advertising, sales, or subscriptions from any attendee, sponsor, or exhibitor immediately forfeits their registration fee and admission to the VVC Academy event.

  • All attendees must be registered and paid for to attend the event.

  • We are not responsible for any belongings, so please make sure to secure all valuables during the conference.

  • By attending our VVC Academy conference, you are opting in to receive emails from the Vet Vision Center and our sponsors. Not interested? No problem – you can opt-out at any time by unsubscribing!
     

Cancellation: The VVC Academy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any event at any time (e.g., if the event location is no longer available, an act of God, etc.). In that case, the Vet Vision Center will refund you your registration fees it has received from you for this event.  Outside of the conference registration fee, the Vet Vision Center will not have any further obligation to you of any type, whether monetary or otherwise. The Vet Vision Center is not responsible for errors or omissions on the website or promotional materials.  We’ll try our best to keep the website and all communication as up-to-date as possible, however, so you are in the know as best we can. Any refunds issued (less fees, if any) will be processed and issued 30 days after the event. By signing up for the conference, you’re acknowledging that you have read the following refunds and cancellation policy listed below.

Refund Amount (General Conference)

  • Through June 30, 2024: Refund minus a $50 registration fee

  • From July 1– August 15, 2024: Refund minus a $100 registration fee

  • After August 15, 2024: No refund
     

If for whatever reason you’re not able to attend and wish to transfer a registration to another person–no problem! Just email us at shari@vetvisioncenter.vet and we’ll take care of it.

Disclaimer: The Vet Vision Center may have professional or amateur photographers present at the VVC Academy conference. Please note that any photographs or videos taken at a VVC Academy event may be used in future VVC publications, online, or in other VVC materials.

Damages: You further acknowledge that no amount of money, or other remedy available at law, would adequately compensate the Vet Vision Center for damages, which the parties agree The Vet Vision Center would suffer as a result of your violation of the above terms.
