Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with one of our Vet Vision Center Client Service Representatives prior to scheduling.  

 

We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

CareCredit is a personal line of credit which can be used for both human and veterinary healthcare needs. To apply, click here for the CareCredit Online Credit Application or call their 24/7 phone number at 1-800-365-8295.
 

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, we provide a reminder call and email prior to your scheduled appointment.  If it is necessary for you to cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice so this appointment can be offered to another pet.  Canceling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee (50% of the office visit cost).  

We understand certain circumstances will prevent a 24 hour notice, and these situations will be handled compassionately on a case by case basis.

No Show Policy

Failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment without proper cancellation notice will be recorded in the patient’s chart and you will be required to provide payment to reschedule the appointment.

COVID Protocols

We require that unvaccinated individuals remain masked at all times.  Masks are optional for those fully vaccinated.  Due to our relatively small space, we kindly request that each pet have a limit of 2 accompanying family members to the visit.

Anyone feeling unwell should reschedule their appointment.
