Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with one of our amazing Vet Vision Center Client Service Representatives or with Dr. Shelby prior to evaluation.  

 

We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, we provide a reminder call and email prior to your scheduled appointment.  If it is necessary for you to cancel your appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance so this appointment can be offered to another pet.  Canceling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a $15 cancellation fee.  Please know that we understand certain circumstances will prevent a 24 hour notice.  These situations will be handled on a case by case basis.

No Show Policy

Failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment without proper cancellation notice will be recorded in the patient’s chart as a “no-show”.  When rescheduling this visit, you will be required to prepay for the future examination fee for that appointment (non-refundable).

COVID Protocols

We require that unvaccinated individuals remain masked at all times.  Masks are optional for those fully vaccinated.  Due to our relatively small space, we kindly request that each pet have a limit of 2 accompanying family members to the visit.
